What's your chronotype? — Bego Lozano

What's your chronotype?

Think about days when you have no obligations: no alarm, no schedule. Answer honestly.

Your sleep midpoint is the halfway point between when you fall asleep and when you wake up. If you fall asleep at 11pm and wake at 7am, your midpoint is 3am. This is the most reliable indicator of your natural body clock.
