About

Bego Lozano coaches leaders through growth, transitions, and the stretches that ask more of them.

She coaches leaders guiding their teams through change, executives expanding into wider scope, and senior leaders reigniting work that has gone flat. Her clients reach out when their leadership presence is not having the effect they want, or when leadership dynamics shift.

Bego coaches the person and their surrounding systems: the team, the peers, the politics and the leader’s own capacity are all part of the conversation. Clients build new practices and new language, which is what makes the change hold after the engagement ends. She challenges and supports in the same session – clients report a stronger voice in the room, more skill in difficult conversations, real accountability to their own goals, and the shift from doing the work to leading the people who do it.

With more than 25 years of experience in corporate leadership and executive coaching, Bego understands the pressures her clients are under. She began her career at Procter & Gamble and later ran channel marketing for Latin America at Sony Ericsson. She also had roles in advertising and consulting, and nonprofits. Bego has coached since 2018, working with leaders from Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and nonprofits across different sectors: technology, healthcare, automotive, media, and education. She coaches leaders in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Bego is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, an Integral Coach trained at New Ventures West where she serves on the faculty, and a certified Leadership Circle Profile practitioner. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana and completed postgraduate coursework in Women on Boards at MIT Sloan. She is a longtime mindfulness practitioner. Bego has lived and worked in four countries and ten cities, and she coaches leaders whose teams span time zones and cultures. She coaches in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

You can find Bego exploring museums, eating at fun places with friends, running, or watching the latest episode of the Great British Baking Show. As an Executive and Leadership Coach, I partner with leaders who are ready to elevate their impact and transform their leadership journey.
